At Keto Chow, we want you to be completely satisfied with your nutritional journey. If our products don't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened items and a satisfaction guarantee on individual samples.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unopened and were purchased within the last 30 days. Single-serving samples are eligible for a one-time taste guarantee refund if you aren't a fan of the flavor.

  Contact Support

  Send an email to our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package the unopened products and include your RMA number inside the box. Ship the package back to our warehouse using your preferred carrier.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects the returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any shipping costs.
